Our centres operate as traditional centres where individual families can enrol their children - but in addition, we have a unique model which gives employers the opportunity to offer child care to their employees on a salary sacrificed basis providing increased childcare affordability for the employee and a cost neutral benefit for the employer. Typically this can all be achieved in such a way that none of the capital costs of setting up a centre are borne by the employer.
